I remember seeing some people requesting this feature before but it would apparently require completely rewriting how the audit and/or mapping works if I recall correctly, so it's not really worth doing. It doesn't take rom mapping into account. The audit checks for the exact file names so if they don't match exactly, they won't show as found.
